EXPLOSION HAZARD, DO NOT DISCONNECT CABLES, MODULES, OR
FUSES UNLESS POWER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED OR THE AREA IS
KNOWN TO BE NON-HAZARDOUS.
When the equipment is installed in a Class I, Division 2 location, no service that requires the removal,
replacement, or connection of components or wiring shall be performed on any circuits not known to
be operating at intrinsically safe energy levels unless the power supplies have been disconnected or
the area is known to be nonhazardous. If the area is to be declared nonhazardous, it is the users
responsibility to determine whether the atmosphere is hazardous with a suitable combustible gas
detector.
